Banarsi Lal Sarraf Commerce College(BLSCC), Naugachia, Bhagalpur (formerly COMMERCE COLLEGE NAUGACHIA) was established on 09th-September-1983 by "Late Banarsi Lal Sarraf" and Affilited under Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University(TMBU) & Govt. of Bihar with the aim to set-up an effective education in Commerce(B.Com.) in rural and urban area of Bihar.
