About BLSCC, NAUGACHIA Banarsi Lal Sarraf Commerce College(BLSCC), Naugachia, Bhagalpur (formerly COMMERCE COLLEGE NAUGACHIA) was established on 09th-September-1983 by "Late Banarsi Lal Sarraf" and Affilited under Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University(TMBU) & Govt. of Bihar with the aim to set-up an effective education in Commerce(B.Com.) in rural and urban area of Bihar. It is affiliated to the Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University(TMBU) Bhagalpur. The College possesses all the facilities necessary for it to be a centre of excellence. For excelling in academic and research, the institute has well-qualified faculty members.
